Luneqidz provides website design, development, and related digital solutions. Each project scope, timeline, and cost will be defined in an official proposal or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
Supply necessary content (text, images, etc.) for project completion.
Ensure they have the rights to all provided materials.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in your project quotation or invoice.
Deposits are required before work begins.
Final payment must be made upon project completion or before website launch.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and source code (unless stated otherwise) transfers to the client.
Luneqidz retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

5. Website Content and Usage

Clients are responsible for all website content. Luneqidz is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luneqidz is not liable for:

Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Website downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party tools.
Security breaches due to client negligence (e.g., weak passwords).

7. Revisions and Support

Minor revisions are allowed as per the service agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Refunds, if any, are subject to the project’s completion stage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
